Enrollment Requirements

Requirements for Entrance:
- VBA Application for Admission
- Transcript from previous school
- Birth Certificate
- Medical release form
- Parent/Student Cooperation Agreement
- Registration Fee

Enrollment Guidelines

Each family may be interviewed by the administration before acceptance. Students or students with parents who are not in agreement with the school’s policies may not be accepted. Each student is accepted on a six week probationary period after which a decision will be made on his continued enrollment.

Students coming from another school will be administered a diagnostic exam to
determine placement in our individualized program. Each student will be placed on a
level in which he can succeed regardless of previous grade level.

Tuition per Month:

10 Months: $300/month
12 months: $250/month

 

Tuition per Year:
$3,000/year


Tuition payments are due the by the 5th of each month with the exception of August which is due by the first week of school.


Multi-student discount
There is a twenty percent discount on tuition for each additional student of the same
household. (E.g. tuition for the second and third student is $2,400 and $1,920
respectively)


Late Fees
There will be a grace period of five days ending on the tenth of each month for tuition
payments. A twenty-five dollar late fee will be administered thereafter. If payment is not made by thirty days after the due date, the student(s) will not be admitted to class until payment is made.


Extended Care
Students who are not picked up within fifteen minutes of the end of the school day will enter Extended Childcare. Extended childcare is six dollars per student per hour. This amount will be allocated to the monthly billing statement.
