Katherine was raised in a very religious home where her family went to many different types of churches. When she was 16, however, Katherine went to a christian camp and realized that she needed to put her faith in Jesus Christ! After getting saved, Katherine was looking for a church that cared about people and was passionate about God's Word, and she found that here at Victory! It was here at Victory that Katherine met her husband, Roger, and they are now raising a baby girl, named Hadassah. Katherine has been serving as the office manager here at Victory since 2013.
Phil Devore grew up very "religious," faithfully attending church for most of his life. Phil worked at various ministries both in a full time and in a volunteer capacity, but it wasn't until he was 37 years old in February of 1987 that Phil put his trust in Jesus Christ for salvation instead of religion. Phil has served the Lord through the care of the facilities here at Victory for the past 13 years, and is passionate about involving others in this ministry. Phil has been married to his wife, Cathy, for 44 years. They have one son, Tim, whom they adopted in 1981.
